When 28 Media was contracted to design and build a new website for the Creative Change Center, better known as C3, we put together a talented team of designers and programmers, and dove right in!
The site was built on the Expression Engine framework, allowing the C3 board of directors to manage and update their own site content. A full-featured Creative Directory allows Richmond-area creatives to add themselves to the system, and update their information as needed. And, lastly, a custom event registration module handles all aspects of the event process, including RSVPs, attendee payments, and guest lists for internal use.
My experience working with 28Media was phenomenal. My first directive upon being hired as C3’s new Executive Director was to launch the C3 website. I turned to Sharif, who had been developing the C3 website with direction from the C3 Board, and we developed a strategy to finalize and launch the website in short order. As I came to the project later in the game, Sharif brought me up to speed in an instructive, responsive and inclusive way. He was easy to work with, readily responded to my questions, met deadlines, creatively problem-solved, was a wonderful team player and met all of C3’s needs in a comprehensive fashion. Working with 28 Media was an all-around terrific experience and I would highly recommend 28 Media to anyone looking for help designing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or, well, anything having to do with, a website.
