Introducing QuickLaunch... a new service in which a fully-functional, custom-designed, one-page website is designed, built and deployed in just one business day.
This service was originally introduced in response to a very specific client need, but it is applicable to many. Who might benefit?
- A small business with impending, unexpected media coverage.
- A company in need of a "microsite" to support an upcoming product launch or advertising campaign.
- A business owner seeking their first web presence, but without the time or budget for the full site development process.
WHAT IT IS
A QuickLaunch site is a one-page website, designed, built and delivered, for a flat rate of $1000. It's not a template, it's not a recycled site; it's an original design based on your project needs and design specifications.
HOW IT WORKS
So, how does it work? When you sign up for a QuickLaunch site, you reserve a full business day, from 8 to 5, dedicated entirely to your site. Granted, in order to make it work, you'll need to be available periodically throughout that day for feedback and approval.
Here's a sample schedule:
| 2-7 Days Before: | A completed project questionnaire, all site content (text, logos, photos, etc.), and a signed contract is delivered to 28MEDIA. The launch day is scheduled and reserved for your project. |
| 8:00AM: | The design process starts, using the provided content. |
| 11:00AM: | Initial design is delivered for review. |
| 11:30AM: | Design feedback is returned to 28MEDIA. |
| 12:30PM: | Final design is delivered, and design approval is given. |
| 3:30PM: | Initial HTML is delivered for review. |
| 4:00PM: | HTML feedback is returned to 28MEDIA. |
| 4:30PM: | Final HTML is delivered and HTML approval is given. |
| 5:00PM: | The new website is launched and available to the public. |
| 2-7 Days After: | Included in the flat rate, one hour of follow-up revisions are allowed. Additional revisions can be made, but at a standard hourly rate. |
ADD-ONS
Need extra functionality? Hosting and a domain name? You can customize your QuickLaunch site with these add-ons.
- $250: Domain name registration and web hosting (one-year)
- $100: Lead collection – an online form allowing you to collect names, email addresses and other information from your site visitors
- $100: Statistics tracking – statistics tracking software that visually displays site visitors, site referrals, search engine queries and other information (assuming certain server requirements)
Other add-ons are available, but may not be available within QuickLaunch's one-day timeframe. Please contact me with any specific questions or requests.
