Closed For The Holidays

28 Media will be closed from December 21, 2007 through January 7, 2008.
For my first real vacation in 3 years, I will be overseas, traveling to different parts of Egypt… a 4-day Nile cruise, 5 days at the Red Sea, and 4 days visiting family in Cairo.

Off To NYC

Tomorrow morning, I’m off to NYC for the Future of Web Design conference. I’m looking forward to an exciting two days of seminars and workshops with some of the biggest names in the industry, meeting other designers and developers from around the country, and the inspiration I always get from conferences like this.

Almost slipping by unnoticed, I celebrated the second anniversary of 28 Media earlier this month. A special thanks goes to everyone involved for their continued support, and I’m looking forward to many more exciting years.

Back From Chicago

I got back from Chicago, and wow, what a great time. The conference was wonderful and informative, as was the city itself. (Well, the city wasn’t informative, but you get the point...)
Off To Chicago

I’m off to Chicago this morning for An Event Apart, “a concentrated, creative learning session that will change the way [I] approach web design.” It promises to be a great trip, where I’ll get to meet and learn from some of the best and brightest in the industry… designers and developers whose websites and books I’ve read, and whose work I’ve followed for years. Needless to say, I’m more than a little excited!
